"Mold Prevention Better Than Remediation!"
     Preventing mold is a better option that remediation after the occurrence
of mold.  Prevention is less costly, better for customer relations, easier to
plan for and more likely to succeed over the long term.
 
     We have tightened the home for energy efficiency.  Older homes were allowed to "breath" and thus to dispel some of the humidity generated inside of the home.  Failure to plan for expelling humid air in modern structures can and will allow mold to grow.  Mold needs moisture,  when the humidity of the air is below 50%, mold cannot survive.  An important thing to consider is that low humidity levels are not easily maintained inside the wall cavity or in the crawl space area.

     The onset of mold in new construction can be prevented when proactive
builders use {GSPC} technology and services such as the FireLock &
Mold-Ban package.

   Another import investment for a builder is the fixtures he places in the
building during construction.  Our SprayShield product will protect your
bathtubs and non-porous surfaces during the construction process against scratches, nicks, and other hazards. During the final cleanup is just
peal off the protective coating.
