{GSPC} & Protective Chemicals Corporation {PCC} warrants to the named owner that, for a period of 10 years from the application date, the clean exposed surface of the MoldBan sealer will resist visible surface mold growth under normal operating building conditions when applied in strict conformity to all manufacturers application instructions as spelled out in the Protective Chemicals product application sheet.

     For any valid claim presented under the terms and conditions of this warranty, {GSPC} & {PCC} will provide all materials and installation labor to bring the substrate into compliance with the no visible mold provisions of this warranty.  This remedy, or the refund cost of materials relating to the application, is the sole and exclusive remedy of the owner, or any third party against {GSPC} & {PCC}.

     To qualify for protection in accordance with this Limited Warranty, the application must be preformed by a {GSPC}, {PCC}, Approved Technician, the Technicians name and license number must appear on the warranty.

EXCLUSIONS:
     This Limited Warranty does not cover and {GSPC}, {PCC}, will not be responsible for:

1. Acts of nature like lightning, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, hail, fire, flood or any other act of nature or man that damages the substrate.
2. Cracks or breaks in the substrate to which MoldBan is applied.

Warranty Claims:
     For a claim to be considered valid by {GSPC}, {PCC}, the following terms and conditions must be met.

1. {GSPC}, {PCC}, must be notified within ten days of the discovery of the defect.
2. The claimant must allow {GSPC}, {PCC}, a reasonable opportunity to inspect the premises of the defect.
3. This warranty, in its original, must be presented to the {GSPC}, {PCC}, investigator.
4. The substrate to be treated must be made accessible to the {GSPC}, {PCC}, technician.

{GSPC}, {PCC} WARRANTS THAT THIS PRODUCT WAS MANUFACTURED WITH REASONABLE DILIGENCE AND THAT IT IS FORMULATED AS REPRESENTED.

Warranties Disclaimed:
THIS WARRANTY IS IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  {GSPC}, {PCC}, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTY INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  OWNER ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND LIABILITY RELATING TO PRODUCT USE EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN.
